I appreciate this program tremendously. I am so happy to be a part of it. I have wanted a degree for so long, and I love working in healthcare. I have studied numerous hours and written more words than I knew I could. I've had an awesome experience!

Earning my AAS in Healthcare Administration was a journey of balancing full-time work and family life. There were many late nights studying after long shifts, and moments I questioned if I could truly do it. My biggest challenge was staying motivated when exhaustion set in. What kept me going were my children and significant other. My family always said, "Every small step forward is progress, no matter how tiny." That advice resonated deeply. It helped me break down overwhelming tasks into manageable pieces and celebrate every quiz passed or assignment completed. Knowing they believed in me made all the difference. Their constant encouragement helped me push through and achieve this huge goal.

Completing my degree was a journey of perseverance and resilience. There were times when balancing family, work, and school felt overwhelming, but I reminded myself daily why I started. I pushed through late nights of studying and moments of doubt by leaning on my faith in God, and the support of loved ones who encouraged me not to give up. My family's belief in me gave me the strength to keep going, and finish what I started.

Going back to school for a healthcare degree was not easy for me. I had been struggling over the death of my younger brother, my mother's recent diagnosis of heart failure, and my father's diagnosis of Alzheimer's. I just knew that I wanted to make them proud before anything else happened. And I did. I worked hard, pushed through with being a full-time student and a full-time employee. It was the best decision that I have ever made.
